Every candle is handcrafted with care, therefore returns are accepted only in genuine cases.

We accept returns / replacements if:

  • Product arrives damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Major manufacturing defect

To raise a return request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Refund Process

  • We verify the issue
  • Product may be requested back (if needed)
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless damaged.
