Shipping & Returns Policy
· Order Processing & Despatch: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
· Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please get in touch with us at support@sugarnwick.com.
· Refund Policy: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs.
· Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the packaging.
